I contacted support and they told me they were going to work on it. About 9-10 months ago I could not connect to one of my banks. I have used Banktivity for several years and loved it. Wish it wasn't this way, especially with the new pricing model. Just looking at my records, I've been with iBank for almost 20 years. It hadn't been this exhausting in the past. I spent hours aligning my portfolio (not huge) to Banktivity. Email sent over the weekend not responded to. Just waited over 20 minutes for a chat response, gave up. Chase does use OpenBanking (made the move away from DirectAccess) and transactions are coming down incorrectly. When I did a "masterclass" on investments with Banktivity I encouraged folks to not take a "set and I can't say we can't get it fixed, but it can take time.
